Our team will work collaboratively with you to quickly establish your employment needs and assist in providing a tailored solution that works for you.
We have our labor hire agreement in place as well as appropriate insurance and the capacity to fast track the NDIS screening check.
Our on boarding process (dependent on mandatory requirements) can be as little as 48 hours.
Immigration Solutions
AHGA can work with you to support your search for employment solutions to extend internationally. AHGA have a current on hire immigration agreement with the Australian Government that allows us to employ people from overseas in Australia, in the community sector.
For flexibility, AHGA also has a Sponsorship agreement with the Australian Government.
Training Solutions
Allied Health institute P/L (wholly owned by AHGA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides Accredited and Non-Accredited training to the Community Sector.
Our training solutions begin by working with you to understand your organisation’s training needs. Our goal is to form partnerships with organisations to provide personalised, valuable and tailored training to your staff and their workplace.
We provide mandatory training like CPR (HLTAID0009), First Aid (HLTAID011) and Manual Handling. We also provide non-accredited training that is tailored to your organisational needs.
Not sure what you need? We also provide consultancy services to support all areas of the organisation including Corporate Governance, particularly within the Aged Care and NDIS space.
Are you a qualified Trainer of First Aid, CPR or Manual Handling?
We can provide a range of opportunities that suit you to reach your goal of providing training to your own clients. Using our RTO, we provide trainers with the flexibility to market yourself and provide your own training to your connections under our RTO.
